Robotics with Lego Mindstorms

In this workshop, students build a drawing robot. They examine questions of machine vs. humanity, planning vs. incalculability, temporal evolution and performance. Playful and almost living robots are standing next to machine-like constructions. The works show very different interpretations of how a robot can generate images, and to what degree the visual expression can be influenced by the engineer of the robot.
